When product is damaged, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours to find out what the US Post Office needs in order to make an insurance claim. You must keep all outer packaging for inspection by the Post Office. /We will credit your card for any shipping charges you incur in sending back the damaged items. We will make every attempt to replace the item in a timely manner. /We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for some reason, an item does not measure up to your standards, please contact us within 14 days to begin the return process. If you do not wish to substitute another item, we will refund your money (less shipping charges) upon receipt of goods.
